Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and purchasing from our PrestaShop modules store, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
Use License
When you purchase a PrestaShop module, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the module in your PrestaShop installation. You may modify the module for your own use but may not resell, redistribute, or claim the module as your own.
Module Support
Basic support is included for 30 days after purchase. This includes bug fixes and compatibility updates for your PrestaShop version. Additional customization and advanced support are available for an additional fee.
Customization Service
We offer customization services for all our modules. Additional features, modifications, and bespoke development are available upon request. Contact us for a quote on custom development work.
Intellectual Property
All modules remain the intellectual property of the seller. You receive a license to use, but not to claim ownership. You may not remove copyright notices or modify the module in a way that misrepresents authorship.
Disclaimer
Modules are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that modules will work perfectly in all configurations. We recommend testing in a staging environment before production use.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our modules. Your use of any module is at your own risk.
