Digital Products
Our products are digital PrestaShop modules - they are delivered electronically via download after successful payment. Since digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we do not offer refunds on module purchases.
Module Delivery
Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to download the module as a ZIP file. There is no physical shipping - modules are delivered instantly through a secure download link.
Technical Support
If you experience technical issues with a module, please contact us first. We will make every effort to resolve compatibility issues. Bug fixes and compatibility updates are provided as part of our support commitment.
Customization Instead of Refund
If a module does not fully meet your needs, we offer customization services. Instead of a refund, we can modify, enhance, or adapt the module to better fit your requirements for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss your needs.
Exception Cases
In rare cases where a module is completely non-functional and we are unable to provide a fix or customization, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
